Description: This full color stock medical exhibit depicts a lumbar spine instability that was negligently treated with an incorrect surgical treatment. A series of images illustrate the patient's pre-operative skeletal condition to highlight the lumbar instability at L5-S1, the surgical procedure that the surgeon intended to do and the actual procedure that the surgeon did at the L3-L5 level that left the injury site at L5-S1 untouched.
